Im not sure if NETS Flashpay attracts a credit card surcharge in taxis or not, whereas the EZLINK attracts no charge but currenly only works in SMRT taxis that Im aware of. Thats where NETS wins – wider acceptance. THe EZlink can be refunded anywhere you can buy it….there’s alist of stations etc on the ezlink website.
