Briscoe Hall is located in Northwest Neighborhood. Features air conditioning, elevator, game room, study area and Xfinity via coax and Wi-Fi. Briscoe Hall houses the Civic Leaders Center. Got the most part I really enjoyed living in Briscoe. The rooms were really nice and it was nice to have your own bathroom.
